Cancellation, Refund & Collection Policy
Our bakery team work hard to prepare for your order. The cake that you have requested is personalized to your specific requirements, often including unique designs, inscriptions, or photographs that would render it unsuitable for resale in our store.
Customers assume full responsibility for transporting our products once they are picked up. We do not offer refunds in the event of any mishap during transit. It is ultimately the customer's responsibility to exercise utmost caution when moving and transporting their cake.
We do not accept refunds for decorating style, colour shade, or general design after the product has been picked up.
Refunds for quality will be granted solely at the discretion of our supervisor on duty, and will be based on the returned cake. Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for cakes that have been consumed.
If you need to cancel a cake 48 hours for fresh cream and 72 hours for Regalice, buttercream, or chocolate biscuit are required.
Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the policies outlined above. Timelines shorter than those stated above cannot be accommodated.
Refunds for card purchases will be issued to the original card used for the purchase, while refunds for cash purchases will be provided in cash.
If you need to cancel an online order please contact the bakery office on 0419838692 and it will be processed.
A reference number is required for the collection of all orders. All orders can be collected between 11am-3pm.
